Located in Tuscany, a mere two hours north of Rome by train, this project was a complete redesign of the only permanent disc golf course in Italy, completed in April of 2009. It features two sets of “natural” tees as well as two baskets per hole, creating four different options for each fairway (Effectively, 36 holes in the same space as 9!).  Built on a rustic “farm” setting through a stand of ancient olive trees, the Talamone Camping Village disc golf course takes advantage of the topography to provide fun challenges for beginners and advanced players alike.  The Talamone Camping Village disc golf course offers glorious views of Talamone bay and is set to become the benchmark of course design in Italy!
